The ‘Yellow e-Book’

With the advent of GDPR and the need to protect personal data, we can no longer publish the ‘Yellow Book’ with details of all our members; each individual now has to give permission for their contact details to be made visible to any other member. A GDPR compliant members’ search facility is now available in the ‘members’ only’ section of the website; members can log-in on the ‘Members Sign In’ button on the home page and then click on the ‘Members’ button next to ‘My Events’ to search for members who have given permission for their details to be shared.

If you wish to contact a member who hasn’t given permission to share their details, please send an email to the Clerk asking who you wish to contact and he will forward your request to the individual asking them to make contact with you. The Clerk cannot forward their details to you.
