The Worshipful Company of Plumbers and Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) Plumbing Professionals Development Scheme provides support to early career plumbers/apprentices as they embark on their careers.

Amongst other things, the scheme provides a business/technical mentor scheme for young plumbing/heating trainees and tradespeople.

This mentor scheme:

1.     Provides mentees a vehicle to enhance their technical and business knowledge.

2.     Enables them to make a practical philanthropic contribution through charitable work.

3.     Helps support mentees to become industry role models.
