Master’s Guildhall Yard Charity Sleepover
The Master spent the night of 30 March on the slabs of the Guildhall Yard to raise money for the homeless – on one of the coldest nights of the year!.
A selfie of the Master in the early hours of 31 March after a well-earned bacon sandwich!
Helping the homeless and rough sleepers in the City is one of the priorities of the Lord Mayor and Mayoress. Those of you who were at the banquet will know that the Lady Mayoress, Amanda Keaveny, is doing much voluntary work to help them during her extended sabbatical from London Bridge Hospital.
All wrapped up and ready for the adventure!
The Master joined a hardy bunch of 60 volunteers with the Lady Mayoress on a freezing and damp night to raise awareness of the issue and to raise funds to help them. Through his just giving page and with the generosity of donations from many livery members he has personally raised £2570. A huge thank you from him to all of you who have supported him.

If you would like to make a donation too, it’s not too late to help him reach his target of £5,000. His just giving page is still open:

Thank you again.
