Liveryman Tim Gocher OBE appointed Deputy Lieutenant

Congratulations to Tim Gocher who was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant of the County of Essex in July 2023.

In June 2023, Tim was also appointed Deputy Lead Governor at the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
