Visit to the Supreme Court & Lunch
Master Paul Nash, and his Consort Sue, are delighted to invite you to join them for a visit to the Supreme Court in Parliament Square, Westminster, in a joint event with Erica Stary, Master of the Worshipful Company of Tin Plate Workers alias Wire Workers and our Past Master.
Starting with a talk by Lord Reed, President of the Supreme Court, we will be guided around the beautiful courtrooms and library, and given an insight into the workings of the Supreme Court, the background to its creation, and some of the famous cases heard there.
Lunch will follow at the venerable Red Lion, well known for its political clientele, and described as “much plotted-in” due to its proximity to UK political institutions.
A 2-course lunch, with coffee/tea to finish, is included in the price.
A 3rd course may be chosen for a £5 supplement, payable on the day, alongside any additional beverages.
Please make your selection from the menu, in advance, and let Steward Philippa Stary know by 22nd February.
