Election of The Lord Mayor and Lunch at Butchers’ Hall

11:30 Wednesday 2nd October 2019.

This year’s election of the Lord Mayor will be held at the Guildhall on Wednesday 2nd October and Liverymen who were admitted to the Livery before September 2018 are eligible to vote. If you wish to attend Common Hall in the Guildhall to vote in the election of the Lord Mayor you will need an entry pass, obtainable in advance only from the Company office. We have 15 tickets that will be allocated in order of application. Beadles from selected Companies will be on duty at the wicket gates to the Guildhall from 10.45 am onwards. Liverymen should be seated in the Guildhall no later than 11.30 am.

The Butchers’ Company has kindly invited us to join them for a three-course lunch in their newly reopened Hall following the election, and 15 places are available at a cost of £65.00 per head (inclusive of wines and VAT). Liverymen and their partners are very welcome at the luncheon (approx. 1.00 pm for 1.30 pm), but please note that only Liverymen may enter the Guildhall for the election itself.

If you wish to attend Common Hall and the lunch please book through the online booking system below or in the side link or you can download the booking form. If you only wish to attend Common Hall and not the lunch please only use the attached booking form and not the online booking system.
