Election of the Lord Mayor and Lunch at Founders’ Hall
The election of the Lord Mayor is held at Guildhall, and Liverymen who were admitted to the Livery before September 2022 are eligible to vote.
If you wish to attend Common Hall in Guildhall to vote in the election of the Lord Mayor you will need an entry pass, obtainable in advance only from the Company office. We have 25 tickets that will be allocated in order of application.
Beadles from selected Companies will be on duty at the wicket gates to the Guildhall from 10.45 am onwards.
Liverymen should be seated in the Guildhall no later than 11.30 am.
The Founders’ Company has kindly invited us to join them for a two-course lunch with wine and sparling reception following the election, and up to 20 places are available at a cost of just £65.00 per head (inclusive of wines and VAT).
Liverymen and their partners are very welcome at the luncheon (approx. 1.00 pm for 1.30 pm), but please note that only Liverymen may enter the Guildhall for the election itself.
Booking must be made on or by Friday 22nd September. It is regretted that refunds cannot be given for cancellations received after this closing date.
