Liverymen who were admitted to the Livery before 31st May 2017 and who wish to vote for the Sheriffs and other Officers should note that you are summoned to meet at the Guildhall on Monday 25th June 2018 by 11.45am. The Lord Mayor will take the chair at 12 noon precisely. Tickets will be required for entry to the Guildhall and these are available only from this office on receipt of a completed proforma. (Please note the Guildhall may not keep seats for later-arriving Liverymen and to ensure that you get a decent seat, you are strongly advised to arrive no later than 11.15am).  This year’s non-aldermanic election will be contested between three candidates, Richard Fleck CBE, The Hon Liz Green and Gwen Rhys. Coloured cards will be issued to Liverymen on entry to the Guildhall in order for you to vote for the candidate of your choice. To help you choose, please read the information on each candidate. The Worshipful Company of Pewterers has kindly invited us to join them for lunch afterwards on the 25h June in Pewterers’ Hall. If you wish to accept this invitation, please complete the proforma and return it by Friday 18th June 2018. The cost for the three-course meal with wine is £70.00 (£58.33 + £11.67 VAT) per head. Please pay by BACS to sort code 16:00:15, account number 23161144 using the reference ‘Your surname’ and ‘25Jun18’ and send an e-mail to clerk@plumberscompany.org.uk to confirm payment. Alternatively you can pay by cheque to “The Worshipful Company of Plumbers”.

Partners are welcome for the lunch, but only Liverymen may enter the Guildhall. Please note that places at the lunch may be limited and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
