Meet the Charities

18:00 Tuesday 23rd March 2021.

Stop Press: 100 Million litres of clean water and lives transformed with toilets and sanitation provided by you!

Yes you!

The Plumbers Charity, supported by you, is delighted to give you the chance to meet two of the amazing charities that you support on Tuesday 23rd March at 6pm.

We’ll hear from our Chair of the Charity, Past Master Charles Yuill, who will give an overview of our charitable activities over the last year and we have some special guests who will be joining us live on the night!

It’s a great opportunity to hear from Bea Jagger from Aquabox, who provide family water filters in emergency relief areas, really helping to save lives – all through your support of our Charity. What have they been doing through the support you have given?

We’ll also meet Anna Kotsonouris from Village by Village who will be telling us about the great work they are doing with your support to provide sanitation, water and training to plumbers in Ghana.

We’ll also find out what is happening at the Amberley Museum, from Past Master Steve Hodkinson.

Hosted by one of our Charity Trustees, Liveryman James Dalton, you will also have a chance to ask any questions to our guests, to find out what they do and what their plans are for 2021. If you would like to ask a question, please send it to the Clerk and we will ensure that as many are posed as possible.

So, what are you waiting for? To attend this free event, simply email the Clerk who will send a Zoom link nearer the date; clerk@plumberscompany.org.uk

It is the first time we have had Anna and Bea as our guests, so please give them the hearty and warm welcome that we are so well known for in the Plumbers.

We look forward to seeing you on 23rd March, with a little tipple if you so wish!

Adrian Mumford
