Changing the Guard

You are invited to join the Master on Wednesday 11th July 2018 for a visit to behind the scenes of the Changing of the Guard and lunch will be taken at the Rubens Hotel. (Please find attached the menu.) We meet at 9.15am at Wellington Barracks back gate on Petty France.

The itinerary will be:-
0915 – Meet at the back gate on Petty France.
0945 – Go through to the Officer’s mess for coffee and refreshments and a comfort break.
1015 – Go down on to the parade square to watch the Queen’s Guard form up and get inspected etc.
1055 – Queen’s Guard leave for Buckingham Palace.
1100 – Go back in to the Officer’s mess for refreshments and a comfort break.
1125 – Go back down on to the square.
1130 – Old Guard return from Buckingham Palace.
1145-1200 – Depart for lunch at Rubens Hotel.

The cost of the Tour including lunch (main course and a glass of wine) is £38.00. Please pay by BACS to bank Sort Code: 16 00 15/Account number 23161144. When making payment please quote reference “Your surname 11th July” and email the office at clerk@plumberscompany.org.uk to confirm payment plus please return the reply slip below either electroncaly or by mail. Alternatively, please send a cheque made payable to the “Worshipful Company of Plumbers” together with the reply slip below to the office.
