Coronavirus – office update
The Plumbers’ office in Carpenters’ Hall is closed for the time being because of the coronavirus outbreak and Adrian, our Clerk and Debbie, our Bookkeeper, are working from home; Sharon, our Clerk’s Assistant is on the Government’s furlough scheme. Please do not telephone the office as calls are not being diverted. If you do have an urgent message please email the Clerk.
Sadly, all immediate forthcoming live events and visits have had to be cancelled; please see the website diary for details, but we do have a number of virtual events for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Details have been published in forthcoming events on the website and via email. Court and Committee meetings are being held via on-line video links and Liverymen and members will be kept up to date on the Company and events via this website and by email. Please also log-on to the “Liveryman and Members’ Corner” on the website homepage for all the latest news; we’d also love to hear from you. If you would like to chat to someone during the current difficulties, please contact our Almoner, Caroline Walsh. She’d love to hear from you: firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope everyone keeps safe at home, unless you have to go out, in which case keep extra safe!
