A warm welcome to our new Liverymen!
Our five newly-clothed Liverymen were presented to the Court on 19th October, 2022.
Left to right with the Master, they are:
Jonathan Richards, 57 – Noise and Vibration engineer. Red Cross volunteer. Enjoys amateur radio, wood working and foundry work. Demonstrator at the Company museum at Amberley. Lives at Ashtead. Proposed by Peter Cheeseman, seconded by Ed McCourt.
Steven Ward, 61 – Currently on sabbatical from Deutsche Bank where he was MD Human Relations. Formerly Captain Adjutants General’s Corp and Grenadier Guards. Wishes to maintain links with the City after 30 years working there. Interested in cars and Cavalry and Guards Club. Lives in London. Proposed by Jason Karr, seconded by Paul Flatt.
Dr Carol Joseph, 78 – Retired consultant in public health at London School of Hygiene and tropical Medicine. Legionella expert. Former chair of governors Royal Marsden Hospital. Guide at Kensington Palace. Lay person representative at local GP practice. Enjoys golf, volunteering, travel, and wine tasting. Proposed by Susanne Surman-Lee, seconded by Rodney Cartwright.
David Bullock, 69 – Retired licensed aircraft engineer. Worked at Gatwick for 33 years. Interests include railways and photographing aircraft. Lives in Horsham. Proposed by Alan Brumwell, seconded by Ernie Abbott
Jeremy Whiteley, 60 – Technical manager CIPHE. Plumbing and heating engineer from school, then moved into lecturing. Councillor and former Mayor of Fordingbridge. Enjoys walking and caravaning. Lives Fordingbridge. Proposed by Kevin Wellman, seconded by Kevin McCallister.
