A Sri-Lankan Cooking Class
Trisha Jones, daughter of Upper Warden Nick Jones, gave us a delicious presentation on how to prepare and cook a Sri-Lankan curry.
Over thirty members of the Plumbers and their families logged-on to watch this lovely presentation from Trisha. Her mother Karla, Nick’s wife, hails from Jaffna in Sri-Lanka and she showed us the authentic family recipe handed down from generation to generation. Two members even logged on from their kitchens and also prepared the dish live before our eyes, which they enjoyed after the presentation.
