Quarterage for the livery year beginning 30 September 2019.
At the July 2019 Court meeting it was agreed that the full Quarterage rate for the forthcoming year should be set at £400.00 including VAT (where applicable).
Accordingly the new rates are:
|Full Membership||£400.00 including VAT of £66.67|
|Veteran: Post 1 October 2008 (75%)||£300.00 including VAT of £50.00|
|Emeritus/Veteran: Pre 1 October 2008 (50%)||£200.00 including VAT of £33.34|
|Young Entry Scheme (50%)||£200.00 including VAT of £33.34|
|Freeman (50%)||£200.00 including VAT of £33.34|
To qualify for the 50% Veteran rate you must have either been:
- a liveryman since 1st October 1988 and have a date of birth before 1st October 1938, or
- a liveryman for 30 years and reached the age of 80.
To qualify for the 75% rate you must have been a liveryman for 25 years and reached the age of 75.
The Young Entry Scheme (YES) includes all liverymen up to the age of 40.
The International category covers all liverymen living overseas outside the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
